Laurie is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she received a BA in Music Studies with an additional focus in Mandarin Chinese.

Before graduating, Laurie launched her career in Tampa, specializing in children’s musical development. That eventually led to the founding of ADCTE, INC., a company that provides jobs to local artists and inspires hearts and minds through the arts. It was in the development of this company that she learned her love of sales. She also had the opportunity to give back to the Tampa Bay community by volunteering her company’s services through the M.U.C.H. Foundation.

She was later recruited to a sales team by the president of RV One Superstores, Inc., a leading innovator in the RV industry. There she took off running and consistently lead the board in sales. It is her consistency and her care for her clients that contributes to her success.

After becoming a homeowner in Plant City, FL she decided to take her experience into the real estate market and now to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

As her family started to grow he career path did as well. She has since become licensed as a Mortgage Loan Officer and strives to help you with all your real estate needs.

Our Digital Loan Process

We take a hands on approach when it comes to financing your home. Your loan team will be with you every step of the way from start to finish advising you on all of your options, and answering all of your questions.

Pre-Approval

The first step in the home buying process is to secure a solid pre-approval letter. This includes pulling credit, verifying income, and making sure you're comfortable with a mortgage payment.

House Hunt & Offers

Once you're pre-approved, it's time to start working with your realtor to find a property! We will be on standby during this process to run payment numbers and update pre-approval letters if needed.

Inspection & Appraisal

Congrats! Your offer has been accepted by the seller. Now it's time to start the inspection and appraisal process. We will have an appraiser go out to the home to make sure what you're buying is worth what you're paying.

Final Mortgage Approval

Once we go through all of our due-diligence, our underwriting team will issue a final loan approval. That means it's time to get ready for closing!
